Greenseal Products (M) Sdn Bhd was established in 1977 as an importer of waterproofing materials for a related company to cater for waterproofing projects undertaken in Malaysia. The founder of the company has more than 25 years experience in the waterproofing industry. Today Greenseal has become a market leader of waterproofing specialist products and techniques in Malaysia. With its tremendous growth, Greenseal progressed to manufacturing in Malaysia under a technology transfer from the U.K.

Greenseal products fall into five main categories:

• Flexible Cementitious waterproofing materials are a flexible cement based polymer modified waterproofing coatings. 
• The two part components consist of Portland cement, selected well graded sand and plasticizer, formulated with specially graded fine quartz and high quality latex to create a brushable, smooth slurry with excellent bonding and adhesion properties to most substrates.

• GS 5000 is a single component, liquid applied elastomeric membrane. 
• It can be applied by roller, brush or by spraying. GS 5000 can be easily applied to corners, angles and non-uniform surfaces.
• This material forms very good elongation and a flexible waterptoof membrane after curing.

• Polydek is a single component, polymer and water based liquid applied waterproofing membrane. 
• It can be easily applied by roller, brush or spray.

• Torch On Waterproofing Membranes are prefabricated membranes manufactured with a selection of distilled bitumen and atactic polypropylene (APP). 
• They have a double reinforcement of a non-woven polyester and a glass web that ensures no dimensional changes under sizable thermal shocks. 
• This makes for a flexible product to be able to stand up to mechanical stress during and after installation.

• Multiseal 2000 is a colourless and odourless liquid waterproofing system. 
• It can be applied by spraying on a prepared surface. 
• It penetrates into concrete and seeps through the pores and capillaries to waterproof the concrete
